I forgot my Id and/or password:
Your ID is your email address.

On the home page you can click the “forgot your password?” link, and it will ask you for your email address. An email will be sent and will ask for you to follow a link and reset your password.

I want to change my password:
Log in to My GoHorse and click on “Change Password”. Enter your current password and your new password twice.

How do I change my phone number, address, etc.?
Log in to My GoHorse and click on “Edit Profile”. You can edit one area or click “reset form” to enter all new information. You cannot, however, change your email address as it is used on our system as your User ID. If you wish to change your email address, you will need to create a new account.

Is my credit card information stored on your website?
Absolutely not. We do not store any credit card information and your transactions are processed through a secured payment gateway. We also do not share any of your personal information.

How do I upload a photo to my ad?
Log in to My GoHorse and click on “Manage Existing Ads”. Then click on “Upload Media Files” under the correct horse name. This will take you to the Upload Wizard that will allow you to add the number of photos for the ad package you purchased. If the photo does not appear on your ad, or there is an error, it might be too large or was not uploaded correctly and you will need to try again. Maximum photo sizes are 500 kb and acceptable file types are: .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp, .gif, and .png

I am not getting emails from go-horse.com. Why is this?
Check your SPAM/junk/bulk mail box and mark messages “Not Spam”. Also, add customercare@go-horse.com to your address book. If you are still not receiving emails, check your account information on go-horse.com and make sure your email address is correct. If you have any further problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Message Center
This is the best way to guarantee communication between buyers and sellers. Even if your email is not receiving go-horse.com correspondence, your communication will be tracked in your message center. To go to your message center, login in to My GoHorse and click on “Manage Ad Responses”. Messages will be organized per horse.

I’m trying to contact a seller, but their information is wrong. Are they getting my messages?
Even if a seller’s email address is wrong, they can still access messages sent to them in their message center.

My Computer is not letting me log in, what is the problem?
Make sure your privacy settings on your computer are not too high, and also make sure your web browser will allow “cookies”.

My ad is expiring soon and I want to extend it, what do I do?
Log in to My GoHorse and under “Manage Existing Ads” click on the “Extend Expiration” link. This will take you to the credit card processing form. We do not store your credit card on file so you will need to reenter this information to complete the extension.

I sold my horse and marked “sold” on my ad. The sale fell through, what do I do?
You can change your ad status back to active as long as there is still time left on the ad, and you have not deleted it. Log in to My GoHorse and under “Manage Existing Ads” click “Change Ad Status”. Once you change the status back to “Active” it should be searchable on our database again.

Can I list my website on my horse’s ad?
Yes. Make sure your website is listed under your registration information. There will automatically be a link to your site on your horse’s ad.

I don’t have a way to upload a photo to my ad, can you do it?
We can scan photos and place them on your ad for an additional $10. Please send check or money order along with your photos and a self-addressed, postage paid envelope to: GoHorse Classifieds, 1730 22nd Ave #210W, Seattle, WA 98122. Make sure to include your email address and ad information.

How do I save my favorite search parameters?
You must be a registered user to save searches and horses. Fill out the Advanced Search form and at the bottom of the page, click the box that says “Save this search to My GoHorse, and name it _________”. You will be able to access and run this search from your GoHorse account.

We do our best to keep our website up to date with horse breeds, colors and extensive discipline options. If you don’t see your horse’s breed, coloring or discipline, feel free to contact us at webmaster@go-horse.com and we will add it to our database.
